Been a nice cool day at the lake. 64 out now. Down to 47 for the low tonight.

Was an almost perfect day for riding, would have been better if I'd made it out of Minnysota, but didn't put a lot of miles on. Got some super chocolaty ice cream, not the way to lose weight. I'll probably have to eat kale and tomatoes for lunch this month to break even.
