Sometimes I get unusual emails...

"The following items they are still looking for to complete 609 as of this date. They are restoring her to the “C” model configuration she carried all 5 years in Vietnam; the Musket and Taipan look:

(2) wind diverters
(1) white navigation light lens
(2) m 134 miniguns
(2) roof green house glass windows
(2) M 60 replicas
(2) 7-tube XM 158 rocket launcher
(2) M 60 bungee cords (original ones as we can purchase some that look like vintage photos if needed)
(2) ground handling wheels
(1) RPM Warning Box
(1) AN/APX-72 Transponder

If you have information which will assist in this search, please contact ..."

So... does anyone know where I can get an XM 158 rocket launcher?

Morning Doc. Tbl sleeping, have to get down to Florida to visit my disabled brother. I am flying his daughter down. He got caught on the wrong side of the fence in Berlin and was hurt in Panama...Skeery stuff. He is still survivin' in the nursing home. Have to make sure I'm taking all my meds when I visit he is in bad shape. Try not to get too upset about it. Sugarlips is pretty pleased as I've now been able to drop about 40 lbs, it helps lowerr the blood pressure so am ready to see him. I am walking a couple miles most days and am still cutting my own grass with a walk behind. Somrtimes when the heat is in the 90s I just do either the front or the back, did the front last night. It was a 3 t- shirt day.Ken I typed a treply to you about the water pump, some are finding cracked electrical connections under the end cap and are soldering them back together so they can ride untill the back ordered pump comes in...I may have forgotten to hit the send button...

Read on another forum, can't remember where, that it is a bosch pump and that the leads contacts under the end cap are breaking and that one guy resoldered them just to keep going as evidently they were on backorder. Evidently it is a known problem. Harley is supposed to have an updated part in the works...Don't know if the weak contacts have been corrected yet, I'd want to make sure I didn't get the old style.
