Poser's Coffee House, All Bullshit Accepted, Part VIII
G'Mornin', Pozeez
Glad to see everyone made it home safely...
Mornin Putziz's... back from the NE, terrorized a few states, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine. It was a good trip, one rain day but the ride home was heavy rain, especially yesterday. Everyone made it home as of last night from the texts I received. Water pump I believe puked on the OL's bike, rode home with the check engine light on and the coolant indicator on. I tried to get it looked at over Doc's way but no go, booked up so I guess I will be making some calls today.
Izzo - Last nite was watching landings at Oshkosh on Yahoo (streaming channel on TV) and noticed as many as 4 planes would be using the runway simultaneously, some touched down before the plane they were following. Never heard of that before, when I was flying, heard the tower call for a go around more than once on the following plane getting too close. Special rules for Oshkosh? Are you close enough to see them land?
Some of those guys sure didn't make landings to be proud of, though I could see that it was windy. Lot of neat looking planes, and some beautifully restored warbirds. Somebody collapsed the gear on a Rutan design canard plane, bet they don't have many years without some scratches.
Oops, meant to post this on the TOAK.

Morning Doc , saw you over on the TOAK side. Was really quiet around here without you and KR making a ruckus. Moldy and Tic became the official poser posters in the mornings. Glad to see you all enjoyed and got back from your trip safely. Left a message yesterday, anxiously awaiting to see some pics.
