I mustn't understand the meaning of " Quick Lane" oil change at the Ford Dealer.....1 1/2 hour wait.....doesn't seem real quick to me...."I'll come back"

So far, batting 0 for 2 on service. Call Harley dealer to see if I can bring the kid's bike down for inspection. 'Well, you have to make an appt. , we can get you in late tomorrow afternoon"...In the past, with the old dealer, it would be " Sure Al, bring it down when you feel like and we'll get you right in" or I would just stop by and they's take it right in....apparently, the new dealer doesn't give a sh*t that we bought 7 new bikes in three years from the old dealer....great way to keep good customers happy! :sarcasm_icon:
