Cousin Mark, found a good use for leftover bacon cheesy potatoes......shove them in an omelet.....not bad

Right, I didn't figure it would last too long but we had to postpone the run from May 20 to June 24 because the rain and cooler temps made the farm (which is the final stop) muddy and was not going to dry out in time.
