OK TOAK...WTF is a 13 digit phone number? Is that Canadian, Russian, metric or something?
Doesn't seem that long ago you could call someone in my home town by just dialing the last 5 digits!

Googled '13 digit phone number'....apparently a scam. Forewarned is forearmed but why anyone needs four arms is beyond me.
