So breathing and working equipment. Got it.
Breathing part is easy to find but I'm afraid asking if they have working equipment will be a bit tougher. What happens if they only use hand tools? Will they be discriminated against because of their workmanship?

Except the Appleton, WI part.... I just happen to know many people from there.

What if they have a great oral presentation but the hands on is lackluster?
