The speedometer is only showing 80.

I think 80-84 in a school zone is excessive but hey, when in Texas do as the Texans.

In Texas, we don't measure by miles as much as time to get somewhere. Everything is far away so we drive/ride fast to get there.

maybe it needs a recal box . Mark 2 knows a good source they work perfect every time.

It's within 3 mph, close enough. I usually can't see it anyway because I'm wearing my shades instead my glasses to see.
