Spoke to dealer, and since I am not a "dealership customer", don't do my service work there, don't have my oil changed there, they believe the MOCO will not support my 4-year old claim.

So they told me to come in and they will diagnose the bike, at MY EXPENSE. WTF? Really?????

Tim, I would try another dealer, believe it or not, I have done that before and had success.

 

Craig, go to different dealer. Also call HD customer svc.

 

Hey all breaded and not!

I didn't shave for two weeks, and it was getting nasty. So I shaved some of it off and now have a, or starting to get, a Fu Manchu. So does that count?

 

Nice guys. I agree, go somewhere else that they appreciate you and at least will smile before screwing you.

 

Good advice. Will call the dealer about 35 miles south of me.
