I have photographs of other children and parents in the pool with improper attire
I do not want to pull the race card but I did not see one single black person in the pool.

And have the photographs to validate that.

I brought the kids home went back with shorts purchased in the swimwear area and was still denied access to either pool.

What was most frustrating is how the pool guards thought it was so funny to deny me and my children access.

I expect immediate attention to this matter or I may have to take alternative action.

Having already talked to the lifeguards, that isn't exactly how it happened. The lady brought her kid to the pool wearing basketball shorts, was told no swimming in them. She got all huffy and went to the other pool and was told the same thing. Again got all huffy and came back to the big pool where she marched in, sat down and started taking pictures. You can't make this **** up.....
