Fortunately, all of this can be traced back to your original problem which obviously is ongoing. Should be free maintenance on this deal.

Based on my convo with dealer in late 2015, they are done because I upgraded exhaust and air cleaner and they traced it to bike running lean, and therefore not a warranty item

Sounds like they are trying weasel out if the fact that they didn't fix it right in the first place!

Craig, maybe we've discussed this in the past, if so I don't recall. You have checked and cleaned the connections on your on/off/ignition switch?

I don't know how, but the router logon password went back to a previous one. I put all new passwords on it, seems to be werking ok now. Win 7... don't feel like f'n with it right now, later I'll try a repair off the installation disk. Just using Linux for now, but don't have all the "make it simple" tweaks and add-ons I had in Win; haven't got that far with Linux yet. The router is case sensitive in Win & Linux.
