Sure can. I think you have to agree that you won't turn it on though. Prices are pretty good. I'd love to take a battery powered one around campus and watch what happens. All in theory of course.

Third offense, phone confiscated for evidence, permanent loss of driving privileges. 3K fine.

Probably see more wrecks if you turned that thing on near an intersection than if you left it off!!!!

Last time I looked they were cheaper. Back when 1G and 2G was the thing.
