Sure can. I think you have to agree that you won't turn it on though. Prices are pretty good. I'd love to take a battery powered one around campus and watch what happens. All in theory of course.

I'm all about making the penalties similar to DUI. 1st offense, phone is confiscated for evidence. You might get it back after petitioning the court. Minimum $500 fine.

Third offense, phone confiscated for evidence, permanent loss of driving privileges. 3K fine.

Too harsh?

Probably see more wrecks if you turned that thing on near an intersection than if you left it off!!!!

Last time I looked they were cheaper. Back when 1G and 2G was the thing.
