Amazing how many things I've had to replace since I retired, danged house is wearing out. One of the first things to go was the dryer, and since both were old enough to vote, I replaced the washer, too. Getting close to 20 years on the furnace and ac, and the hot water heater came with the house - got it in '89. Upstairs bath is unusable, sprung a leak, and now the kitchen faucet is leaking. Never ends.

My retirement plans will revolve around a bumper pull camper. If it starts to fall apart just give it away and get a new one.

Nope dryer is still going, new washer is supposed to last 25 years. We'll see.
