Never bothered anything else, but this one sure liked my pole beans - the leaves, not the beans. When I ran after her she tried jumping that water and her hooves sank in the mud and she just went face first in the middle of it. Surprised me, was deep enough she had to swim out. So far this the biggest critters have been ducks. Had a lotta rain...

A friend had decent success with the following method of discouraging deer..

Seriously though.. He has a pretty small garden and what he did was to drive some tall stakes around the garden and tie yellow caution ribbon around it and then hung those disposable aluminum pie pans so they moved in any breeze. He said it worked for him

Did you see any of the 500? As usual it ended up a 3 lap 3car race. It' not Nacecar but still like watching when I get a chance.
