Welcome to 2014! I finally got a new monitor in the office that works better with my new laptop. 22" widescreen, which is pretty tame compared to what others have these days.

It is like a damn IMAX theater! Our company will not buy us monitors, mice or keyboards as they issue us laptops and can justify penny pinching in that we can do our jobs with out those other accessories. I had to work a deal to get one. "Redistribution of company assets" is how I like to frame it. Plus, monitors, when they were issued, were never tied to anyone as an asset so no paper trail needed either
