The whole farm is 106 acres with 3 barns, (2 older and in need of repair) two out buildings, and a metal Quonset hut that's 100x50. There's a house but it's pretty much toast. Total cleared land about 50 acres. Not much crop land, it had been a cattle farm for many years. But there is some big timber on it.
I expect it will bring $300K to $350K.

Not much in the way of cropland here, but we don't have to irrigate what we do have.
