Good morning Woods.

Pretty much done with the clean out of the rental house. I am not exaggerating when say we have hauled off about 4000 pounds of junk.

Next comes patching and painting and new carpet for one room

Mornin, Tracy(M). I'm sure you've checked with Al on deadbeat debris removal.

Having had much experience with this situation in the past myself, I decided not to bother Al.

Luckily one of the services the city offers here is free debris removal. They brought a 16' dump bed trailer down and dropped it off. We filled it to about 3' above the sides twice and have a little more to put in it today

I have a single family home that I rent. I'm on my second year as a landlord. I dread this type of situation. Do you use a property management company to screen tenants?
