Keep in mind they can do an "inside" shot or an "outside" shot when they hose down the offending nerve root. Hope you get some relief, I know the pain but fortunately I haven't had to have a shot in years (knocking on Woods)

Uhh yuup.. that's why I changed doctors and see what happens with this one. He seemed to have helped the OL immensely with the shot she got, hoping for a similar outcome...
