Yes! A Japanese investment firm. They want to close by the end of the month which is good news. I took Kristi to the Appraisal District on Thursday and had her present the paperwork to them that puts the house solely in her name. She's been kinda dragging her butt about that. Cash sale too.

I saw that! He even posted some metric pics which made me feel a little dirty.

I thought she shared the ownership with her siblings? Or have you guys put in so much much money and labor that she has a rightful claim to it? I mean, the TOAK knows how much you guys have put into that house....but the law, sadly, does not always see things how the TOAK sees them.

 

Or, I could be confusing the house situation with someone else I knew/know. Because, let's face it, I am easily confused
