Actually I had looked at 8968 S Western Ave. Looks to be a few blocks off I35. Is the Sooner Ave. a better location?

 

No, it is actually easier to go to the one on Boulevard in Edmond from your route. As you come up I35 into the south end of OKC you will see a sign that indicates I35 is to the right. If you continue straight up you will be on I235 (Broadway Extension). Any of the restaurants I mentioned are within 1 mile of I235 and access back to I35 is easy.

There is a Twin Peaks on Memorial. Broadway Extension (I235), left at Memorial on the north side just past May Avenue as you head west. That is within blocks of Thunder Road House, Mama Rita's, Mimi's Café, BJ's Brewhouse, etc. Memorial is restaurant city.
