Cheapest and easiest would be to uncalibrate your speedo so it reads faster than you are really going thus making it appear you are running lower RPM at higher speeds.

Yep and an added benefit is that you get better gas mileage! I went the other direction because mine was reading 4% high...got it spot on but my gas mileage went down..
