Morning all!

Off again to look at tile for the kitchen, evidently the last trim pieces she picked out are about $40 a pop, not gonna happen.

Is it just basic fiberglass you pack the baffles with on the exhaust?

Help me here, it appears the KKK had a permit to parade/protest and the other bunch didn't and now the KKK is getting blamed for the trouble that it caused?
Not a fan of the KKK but seems they're blaming the wrong people here??

Trying to get a 2 or 3 day fishing trip to Superior, but the damn weather isn't cooperating, nice one day, then rain, then nice, then wind, then..

Have a great week all.

Al, I repacked baffles one time and used a very dense fiberglass material made for that purpose. It's available on line from Amazon and others. I was told to wrap it tight and secure it with some strips of masking tape to hold it tight until you reinstall the baffle. The tape will burn off in use. Only problem that I saw with that was it might be a b*tch to get back out. I used some real fine (22 ga?) stainless wire and it worked fine. Packing is pretty cheap...maybe $15-$20

The baffles them selves are a bitch to get out if they have been there for any prolonged time

If I had to remove the baffle again for whatever reason, the packing would have been expanded into the pipe and may have been a pain to get the baffle out again....maybe I was overthinking it..

I don't think that mine had been in there that long and I think I had to use a slide hammer to get them out. I put baffles in the URAL (high performance exhaust ) . Baffles were a few thousandths too big and had to grind them down on a wheel. greased them up and pounded them in ...doubt if they're ever coming out.

I love heartwarming stories of love and family unity....by the way, good for the kid.
