Do they think they're Canadian?
If it helps any, I have not 2nd guessed myself on this decision. Coming from a dedicated gas griller, I hope this means something.
Speaking of which, we still haven't seen pics of Mick's outdoor kitchen yet.

That's because Mick hasn't finished running electric power to the proper spot on the deck so the refrigerator will work. Now that we're gonna have a cool spell I may be able to do so.
Sounds like MIck may need a magic Juan
Actually not a bad idea, Russ. On Wednesdays the lawn guy shows up next door and always asks if I need anything at my place....he has 'cousins' ya know!
Lunch time check-in during show set up in Minnesota. One trivia comment on pellet grills, my Pit Boss has a sliding grate, which will allow flame to be exposed to the grill area for searing.
When I want to sear, I turn the pellet grill up to 500 Degrees to begin, throw my meat on for searing, and immediately turn it down to my desired cooking temp. At that point I might also close my grill slots for the balance of slow cooking.......
The thing to remember with pellet grills is a somewhat slow ramp up and ramp down for temperatures. The beauty of it is it's all thermostatically controlled.
