How goes it, Terry? Got involved in some minor yard shuffle. About 20 degrees cooler today than the past couple of weeks....nice!

 

No one jokes about being in Poolville, Greg, unless they actually think about being in Poolville!

 

Cooler here also for a change, had the flu for a couple of days, that sucked.

 

No I did not Greg, still more concerned about BBQ grills

 

A cowboy from Poolville rode into Forth Worth and stopped at a saloon for a drink. Unfortunately, the locals always had a habit of picking on strangers, which he was. When he finished his drink, he found his horse had been stolen. He went back into the bar, handily flipped his gun into the air, caught it above his head without even looking and fired a shot into the ceiling. "Which one of you sidewinders stole my horse?!?!?" he yelled with surprising forcefulness. No one answered. "Alright, I'm gonna have another beer, and if my horse ain't back outside by the time I finish, I'm gonna do what I dun in Poolville! And I don't like to have to do what I dun in Poolville!"

Some of the locals shifted restlessly. The man, true to his word, had another beer, walked outside, and his horse has been returned to the post. He saddled up and started to ride out of town.

The bartender wandered out of the bar and asked, "Say partner, before you go... what happened in Poolville?"

The cowboy turned back and said, "I had to walk home."

 

You ever tried to land a BBQ grill?

 

They grill on the flight? Steaks or just burgers and dogs?

 

Cuttin bushes inna yard....DAAAAAAAM that''s hot thirsty wurk. Last night about 7pm my son decided it wuz time to start cuttin them down....Called my SIL and between the 3 of us we cut 3 pick-up loads of 40 year old shrubs down to ground level.
Had 3 more to cut down today, but all my hired help seems to have left town!!!
Got'em cut and loaded on my pick-up.
Now gotta get with the trimmers and get after all the ones that are left.

 

Doc, shoulda paid the help a better wage.

 

Nah, he should've given them free healthcare.
