Ahhhh got my computer back. the only thing they DIDN'T replace was the lower case. Thank goodness that all I had to do to restore was to connect it to the home network and wait for stuff to download. Gonna put the "**** Wars survivor laptop" back in hibernation until I need to run my Power Vision tuner or this one goes down again.
