Good afternoon Woods!
Tried a ride between batches of storms, not as lucky as some. Soaked. Got home just in front of terrible lecktric storm. So lucky I guess. Sitting in the dark till who knows when. I thought it was Mick having the shower. And Easter again? Couldn't find an egg last time either.

Took some ribeye boneless pork chops, seasoned, rubbed down with a bit of fresh garlic, marinating in some buttermilk. Gonna dust em with some Italian bread crumbs and pan fry em in my old dutch skillet.
That and homemade mashed taters ought to wrap up a weekend real nice...
