Evenin Woods! BBQ chicken and DAMN was it good! Some times things just turn out better than others and tonight it was perfect. Fully cooked, but moist and the combo of dry rub and sauce and just a lil crisp/char made it scrumptious!!!
AND...enough leftovers for both of us so that I don't have to hide it from Beth for lunch tomorrow
