Going to try to get this trailer registered today. They pissed me off last week with all the BS, so I left. Since it came from Ohio and Ohio doesn't title small trailers they want all sorts of sh*t. " Uh...we need a letter from Ohio saying they don't title trailers"....ME; "You're the DOT agent, shouldn't you have a list of those states?"... and on and on it went. I finally ' Said " Nevermind, I'm not registering it" and walked out. I should have had a hint before that when I said " I'd like to title and register a motorcycle I just bought" and they said " Do you have it here?"....I said " I can't ride it here because I don't have a registration or a plate...that's why I'm here" ...

But in all seriousness, you may have to ride it or take it there so they can verify the VIN number. Is what I had to do.
