Got my new SoftBrake brake pedal this morning. I called them right as they were leaving the shop on Friday night. Debbie said she'd call me back as soon as she got home. Rick called me 15 minutes later and I told him what I needed. Sent it out Priority on Sat. from Idaho and I had it this morning. Took me 10 minutes to put it on(unlike the one on the Ultra) and 20 minutes to get the 20yr old brake pedal pad off the old one. Finally clamped it the bench, used a heat gun , two screwdrivers, windex and a little cussin' to get it off

Al, what is the advantage to the pedal you purchased?

Drops it waaaay down and forward. Stock pedal was 3" off floorboard and in the middle of floorboard. Had to keep my heel on the floorboard and foot turned out over 45* or put my foot under the brake pedal. Had this same type on my Heritage and have it on the Ultra now. Much much safer in this position
