It DOES tend to affect everybody though, like trying to get allergy medicine, law abiding citizens have to wait at the pharmacy window and show ID to get it because somebody else uses it to cook meth. They closed down 2 rest areas on the highway and did sting operations at one of the state parks due to gays using those areas as a meetup on social media
