But what it all comes down to is that the animal was genuinely attacking the kid and the staff could not control it.
The staff want him arrested, but he was carrying legally and his son was under attack so they let him and his family go. The owners threaten to sue him and he told them go ahead and told them, If you do not pay for my son's doctor bills I'm damn sure going to sue you for having a dangerous animal unrestrained and I will see you shut down.
They paid the kids bills and it all went away.

Yep, from a few conversations, he seems like a pretty straight guy. I felt very comfortable dealing with him...we'll see tomorrow.He's the one taking the biggest risk, he's trailering it 260 miles to meet me without any deposit on the bike or trailer.
