I couldn't bring myself to shoot a deer (pretty eyes) but I can shoot a mean pig.

Anytime!! Have to work around deer season tho. During deer season, it's all about the venison. But still shoot the pigs when they are dumb enough to walk out.. We can put you on some deer too.
Some real fun is going during the day.. They are usually laid up in a cane thicket on the creek. Send somebody in with a big pack of firecrackers and it's on!! Good times!!

We eat a lot of domestic pork up here and have a few whole-hog BBQs on occasion (big smokers).
Does that wild pig BBQ taste much different than the "tame" pigs?
(And no, it does not taste like chicken LOL)

Makes pretty good sausage Stan and the hams are not too bad but they are some lean critters.
Like squirrels, a lot of the taste depends on what they been eating

Afternoon, Woods and MissT......The deal on the new bike just keeps getting better. Spent a while on the phone this morning trying to get a trailer for Friday. Nothing seemed to be working out very well. I was on the phone with a friend and said " jeez, i wonder if the seller wants to sell the trailer that he's bringing the bike in. That would make things really easy". Just then I get an email :

I have a thought, for an extra $500.00 you can buy my trailer, too. Then all we have to do is unhook and re-hook. It's an older cargo trailer (enclosed) and not in top shape but the brake lights and turn signals work. I bought it for $1000.00 dollars. I have the title for this, also. I sent some pictures (see attached). The pictures make it look very nice. I would say it's OK and very functional.
Like I said, just a thought."
