I'm heading over to the old man's for lunch and a family get-together. I was hoping to ride but I think the weather is supposed to turn bad.

it's been a while since we've had a good rain ... it'll probably pour today as they are "going fast and turning left" out at MIS

No golf for me, Bosslady woke up with a bad back. I get to attempt some drywall repair in David's old room, soon to be Glo's office.
If I'm lucky, I may make it to the driving range at least.

For about a week and a half it rained pretty much every afternoon. Normal for KY this time of year. I might be able to get a ride in after all. Looks like it's not supposed to hit until around 5pm.



Yeah the old man is coming up on 78 and his health is not great. When he's gone it will probably be a thing of the past.

 

Yeah, not at all, does it.

 

You see that a lot. When the "Patriarch" passes, (either the Mom or the Dad), the family do their own thing, politics come into play and no one there to keep the peace.
