Thanks Al. I'm interested in the property but there are some issues that need to be assessed before I'm prepared to make an offer. There is a water infiltration problem in the basement and I need to see if it can be resolved relatively inexpensively.

Tracy, if you want to hide it. Try Glidden GRIPPER paint as a primer. Works much better than KILZ and it sticks to anything. I've painted ceramic tile with it and couldn't scratch it with my fingernail. Not real expensive either about $22/Gal at Homey Depot. Works inside and out.
