I did and it didn't go well. They told me to take to dealership for a diagnostic, at MY expense. I went round and round with her and eventually hung up on her.

King is for sale. I'll be looking for a Super Glide, Street Bob or a Deuce.

Craig, I bought a refurbished Wagner that came with a 2 gallon hopper so it behaved like a pro gun. Did my house with it. I liked it. Paid $100 for it, but this was 10 years ago.

 

Can that be escalated? Doesn't seem quite right to me.

 

So far the Wagners I've seen are the small ones with a quart hopper. I'll look some more for those larger ones.

 

I'll try again next week. I haven't given up hope just yet.

 

Persistence is key. A good firm tone loaded with data on how many times this bike has been in the shop as well as the "diagnosis" and follow on issues. Never ever yell, they don't like that!
