Evidently transmissions for big block 4wd fords are pretty rare. Guy wanted a $900 core charge added to get it for me. I found a place a couple counties over that will remove and rebuild the one I have for about $1300. A little more if I want to beef it up some. I think I'm gonna go that route. Probably cost me $100 to get it hauled over there.
