I have an appraiser coming to my home tomorrow so most of my day today will be spent in getting ready for that. Oh joy...

All quiet next door...These people really don't give a sh*t about anything. They should be legally out in the next 17 days. Then I can close and spend a week doing some things and be done in time for riding season.

Well, my project is now about 95% complete. Jsut need to shut down the old application, do some clean up and let people know not to be nit picky about any one offs here and there

Yep. They have nothing to lose by dragging **** out at this point I guess. Can they be fined or have some other punitive action taken against them Al?
