No squats right now. Remember my muscles were surgically reattached and they need time to heal their attachment point. Not too mention the tendons were all stretched out and rearranged.

Yeah it is a brutal surgery. The quadriceps muscles above the knee serve as the primary knee stabilizer. These muscles are weak after a total knee replacement because of the direct trauma from the surgical incision, but also because swelling in the joint signals muscle inhibition, or shutdown, as a protective mechanism. If the quadriceps muscles are not working correctly, it becomes difficult to lift the leg independently and walk without the use of an assistive device.

Trauma is different than surgery. You patch up Trauma. You have to know how **** goes together for Surgery.
