Chuck. Not a bad price especially if it's like "new". These used tour packs bring good money and usually show a little wear. He might be negotiable if you walk in waving a few Hundo's in his face...... I paid dearly for a new one to match my '15 and it's really not necessary.

Chuck, an uneducated guess says that's a $400 paint job. Pick your poison. Or you can just get a Electra Glide or Road Glide Utra that already come with one. That'll save you the $700 + paint.

I will definitely bring a few crisp Benjamins with me to negotiate with !
