I gave the ComIIs a brief consideration but I have 21.5K on my original Lops and their not worn out yet, just a little noisy in the corners. That's hard to beat.

Yes, tomorrow morning I have an audience with our City Councilman where I will discuss some neighborhood issues and some things we'd like to get done. After lunch, I have a guy coming to house #2 to pick up a piece of furniture and a lady coming to look at the piano we have for sale. Then I have to get with the builder and have him explain why I feel like they are nickel and diming us to death. That one will not be a pleasant meeting but I want to get this out there right now. How do you explain $100.00 per recessed can? BS.

I got the 888s and they have been a great tire so far. I'm not so much about mileage as I am about grip because of all the years I rode go fast bikes. A little softer compound makes me happy.

That sounds about right, if not a little less than we were quoted for our addition. Is why we didn't get them.

I wanted 4" instead of 6" because the big ones are sooo 70's. Not gonna pay 100.00 a can X 29. BS. Already paying for an pool stub out, a future shop stub out and a dedicated 20 amp circuit for an air compressor not to mention the extra RJ 45 drops for smart TVs and HDMI packages. I'm going to meet with the brother of the owner this weekend and rake him over the coals. Sunday is a wash since we are expecting Lou's rain.

We thought it was a just a bit overpriced. I can't believe they are that expensive.

Neighborhood issues? Being overrun with riffraff?
