Al: Yes, they are deadbeats who have overstayed their welcome.

Haha....I have testified in court a few times. I drove the opposing lawyer out of his mind. Had a case where people put a double wide mobile home in our development against the regulations. Took them to court. I was on the stand and opposing lawyer was questioning me... he said " You previously testified that...blah blah". I answered " I did not testify to that"...He kept coming back to that trying to slip it in several times. I finally turned to the judge and said " Your Honor, how many times do I have to tell this guy that I DID NOT testify to that?"...Judge said to lawyer " He's right! Get on to something else already"...dumb *** lawyer says " Your Honor, I object to that". Judge got pissed and said " I am the JUDGE and I can do anything I want, get over it or I'll hold you in contempt".....I just smiled at the lawyer.

 

Hostile witness....

 

The day is getting better as we speak/type ... clouds are diminishing ( as most of my investments are ) the sun is shining ( as is the top of my head ) and the temperature is rising ( as is my blood pressure ) What could be better .... Prozac?
