Yep. Been reading up on tenant eviction and it's pretty straightforward. Owner wants to sell the place and has a verbal commitment from a buyer with the contingency that these people are out....

Been following the Indian forum since 2015 to gauge their product and worthiness. Although there are always exceptions my general comment would be to run. Run away very fast from long term ownership. I expect Tim's rented bike experience will likely turn out fine through.

Haven't seen one. But they have a crappy Mercedes and a small Dodge SUV with no tag, registration or inspection. If I wanted to be a real dick, I could have them cited by the Borough for the SUV.
