Tenants in the duplex next door to me were served with an eviction notice last week, No sign of any attempt to move out. Deadline was midnight last night. Hopeing a SWAT team and dogs show up today but that's not going to happen. Owner now has the legal process to contend with.

yeah pretty much..older Mercedes...ran for 4 months on donut spare. Sat with flat donut for 2 weeks....at least they didn't trash the place.

Morning everyone.
When I picked her up I was instructed to "ride it like an old man for the first 500 or so miles".
I didn't bother to point out the obvious irony of that advice.
So, no. I really haven't had a chance to experience the full effect of the upgrades yet. I can tell there's more there than before, just a bit apprehensive about really calling on it until after the break in period!
