Speaking of paint, I purchased touch up paint from HD for my bike $35.00. I was a two color kit. The base is charcoal metallic the top coat was a translucent red. It's as far off as purple is to blue. What a waste of money.

Damn, 35 bucks taken from the education fund of an aspiring Doctor who is currently working as a stripper until her Med School app is accepted. That is unfortunate.

was it worth it. my rear fender is chipped up a bit. thought about putting a cover on the back that is chrome that i will paint black but i'm not sure if paint will fill in the depth of the chips.. Thoughts?

What portion of the fender, Dan. If on top you can buy a leather cover that looks great. If at tip I assume the chrome pieces you are referring to are fender tips.
