I do love me some fried chicken and chicken fried steak. I can cook both fairly well.

All you gotta do on fajitas is marinate your flank steak in lime juice, I rub smashed garlic on it too. Then sear it, and cook it REAL SLOW till tender. Peppers and onions, sour cream, whatever you want on it is up to you.

I had a lady friend that made legendary tacos, but I think we both have burned that bridge, lol...
