That is not cool. He should of been up front with you and said that he had another offer and gave you the option to equal to or beat that offer.
Yea, I dont like that either. Be cool with me and I will be cool with you. Maybe other places, if they got word, would have fired him? No clue. I never worked for a place like that. My work place is more a dysfunctional family feeling.

All seriouness, I love my cat. She is my best friend. I was in a bad place in my head 11 years ago. Then we got her to help keep our other one company. He died six years later. If I am in a bad mood, or mad at the world, or want to kill someone, I go visit her and all that bad "energy" goes away.

Yea, sometimes she does bad things, but people do as well. Nobody or animal is enfallable.
