Ol' Tony lost a Martin D-35 in a town not too far away from me. Well, he didn't exactly lose it, he ran off and left it after the husband of the little gal he was beddin' came home unexpectedly.

 

How much didya get for selling the Martin?

 

LOL As far as I know the old boy (NOT ME!) still has it although a bunch tried to buy it from him. He took it around showing it off for several weeks LOL


If I ever got my hands on a D-35 I dang sure wouldn't sell it!

Anything worth that much money that is breakable get sold if I own it.

 

I remember lots of progressive bluegrass last time. It was better imo. Old stuff is good but I like the funr lyrics.

 

Don't know if there's any truth to it but I also heard that Tony tried to buy it back from him later.


I still have the 12 string Alvarez guitar my father bought me for Christmas in my 16th year.

 

I got all the respect in the world for the old timers of the music but some of that **** gets a little whiny for my taste.
