I tried to run an AntiVirus on the #3 plug but cannot find the USB port.

Those are accessed with the red/white/yellow plug setup.

Swap coils with another one. If the misfire moves then buy a new coil. You need a 1/4 drive 8mm and 10mm socket and a 4" extension.

It doesn't have the individual coil packs. Has 2 coils, 1 on each side of the engine

Spark plug is a 5/8 deep socket​.
