Mornin, Lou. No surprise about Berkley, one of the great bastions of liberalism for many decades. Other than the Vietnam protests I cannot remember a time during my life when I felt more anarchy. I worked with a guy whose parents left a commune because they saw how lazy everyone was. Maybe we give them a commune in which to live but they are only able to have what they can create or trade for.
