Evening, Woodys! Trans swap about 90% complete when I left at 4:00 P.M.

 

Evenin Woods! We got the DD6 installed and everything buttoned up. I called it a night as I called Big Spoon first and Greg left. Actually, I felt my self getting more impatient (damn computer people want things instantly, huh?) and figured that would be a good point to stop. Tomorrow I need to hang the left side exhaust, mount floor boards, oil filler tube, dry clean my speedo, and any other ancillary bits. Greg and OG Mark were awesome today!

Copying only the data (Music, pics, documents) over to a new Windows installation will not bring over any gremlins UNLESS one or more of those data files are infected.

 

Well done and congratulations, Marcus. Now, help Al with his computer issue and your day will be complete.

When we re-calibrated my speedo Mark got in his truck and I followed him down the highway to set it...

Oh and I now have a PC USB III for sale if you guys know anybody that would want one. I'm thinking maybe $150?

 

You were right about the re-calibration, Tracy! I thought it was a flash type module but after reading the instructions I see I will have to ride it to set it

Not a big deal to do it Marcus. I think mine is still off a couple mph, but it's close enough for me. I never look at the speedometer unless there's a LEO around.
